Our Clothing Exchange & Return Policy – Lodhi’s Fit

At Lodhi’s Fit, we take pride in providing high-quality clothing that is carefully checked and packed before shipping. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to feel confident when shopping with us.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we offer an easy exchange policy.

  • Exchange Fee: Customers are required to pay 30% of the product value for exchange processing.
  • Once payment is confirmed, we will send you a replacement or exchange your item promptly.
Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • It should be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at lodhisfit@gmail.com with your order details.
Returns must be sent to the following address:

We will share further instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable). Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Sale items or clearance items
  • Customized or altered clothing
  • Undergarments or intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)

If you have any questions about whether your item is eligible for return, email us before sending it back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at lodhisfit@gmail.com.
